The Role:

We’re partnering with this exciting brand to find a Payroll Administrator to join their London-based EMEA payroll team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Covering payroll operations across multiple international markets, this role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, seamless employee support, and compliance across systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the EMEA payroll inbox and supporting timely, accurate payroll processing

  • Updating employee data across payroll and HR platforms

  • Supporting with contracts, employment changes, and compliance documentation

  • Assisting with audits, reporting, and process improvements

  • Acting as a key support point for employee queries alongside the wider HR and payroll teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in payroll, HR operations, or people data administration

  • Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms—Workday experience is a plus

  • Confident using payroll tools (CloudPay ideal but not essential)

  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a proactive, team-first mindset
