Payroll Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly capable individual with strong payroll and accounting experience, ideally within the professional services sector. This is a temporary opportunity, ongoing for around three months.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of PAYE, NIC, statutory calculations, and payroll accounting, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, delivers outstanding customer service, and can challenge the status quo with fresh ideas and a firm-wide perspective.

In this role, you'll be involved in:

  • Monthly payroll processing and data uploads
  • Employee record maintenance and stakeholder query management
  • Tax form preparation and benefit reconciliations
  • Compliance and reporting for international staff
  • Payroll control account and disbursement reconciliations
  • Supporting payroll processes for international offices (Milan & Madrid)

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ payroll/accounts administration experience
  • Knowledge of ADP and Workday systems (desirable)
  • Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills
  • Previous experience in professional services (preferred)
  • CIPP foundation qualification (desirable)

The role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in office).
