We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to manage our payroll processing and contribute to various accounting tasks. This is your chance to join a close-knit team of 8 on a 18-month fixed-term contract. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including starters, leavers, and employee changes.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll services and support teams.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts and handle payroll-related payments.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and reporting for the finance team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience using an integrated HR & payroll system: ADP iHCM.
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience in a similar payroll or finance role is essential.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ADP IHCM HR & Payroll System, ADP Realtime, and PS Financials (IRIS).
  • Knowledge of union agreements and compliance.
