Job Overview

You will be a key part of the people team and responsible for coordination and delivery accurate payroll data. You'll be the go-to for payroll queries and a key contact between internal teams and external payroll proviers.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating end to end UK monthly payroll
  • Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
  • Working closely with finance and HR teams

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience running payrolls from start to finish
  • Relevant telephone experience
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience working in a UK payroll function
  • Experience using Workday Payroll (desirable)
  • Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation
  • Experience with excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
