Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to manage our payroll processing and contribute to various accounting tasks. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including starters, leavers, and employee changes.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll services and support teams.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts and handle payroll-related payments.
- Provide ad-hoc support and reporting for the finance team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience using an integrated HR & payroll system: ADP iHCM.
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in a similar payroll or finance role is essential.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with ADP IHCM HR & Payroll System, ADP Realtime, and PS Financials (IRIS).
- Knowledge of union agreements and compliance.
