A financial services business with offices in the heart of London, are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will join the existing payroll team & report into a Payroll Director.
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a UK payroll from start to finish using Workday
- Managing payrolls across several EMEA countries using a 3rd party vendor
- Driving compliance across all payrolls - nationally and internationally
- Work with finance and HR to create payroll related reports and analysis
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and best performance
- Resolve payroll related queries
- Support with payroll related projects
- Stakeholder management
