Job Overview

You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely payroll delivery for UK and Irish payrolls.
  • Assist with payroll automation, reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy
  • Vendor Management - lead relationships with payroll providers - holding them accountable for SLA' and driving improvements

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience working with various payroll providers
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with process improvement and automation
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience working on various projects
  • Experience using ADP
  • Experience with Time and Attendances packages
  • A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
  • Experience with excel and spreadsheets
