We are working with a client based in the heart of London who are looking for an experienced, dynamic UK Payroll Specialist to join the team on an interim basis.

Responsible for day to day processing, the successful candidate will have a strong background in UK end to end Payroll, and some EMEA exposure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the end-to-end payroll processes for 600 employees across UK and a selected amount supporting one of their international clients.
  • Review and validate payroll calculations, including statutory deductions, bonuses, and overtime, for each country.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in employee documentation, other records, and Workday.
  • Reconcile payroll outputs, including payslips, tax filings, and social security contributions.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues from employees across different countries.
  • Apply updated changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements for each country accordingly.
