Description
- Compilation of the payrolls for all countries in which the business operates
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all variable pay components (Master Data is the responsibility of the People Team)
- Implementing and maintaining processes and controls to ensure the payroll is accurate
- Managing the relationship with the payroll providers
- Ensure we meet the payroll reporting requirements in each of our payroll jurisdictions
- Reconciliations of pensions and health care contributions monthly between our payroll records and the service providers
- Analytical review of payroll spend on a monthly basis for inclusion in management reporting
Profile
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Previous multi-country payroll experience, in particular US payroll experience
- Experience with starting a payroll in a new geography from scratch
- Experience with analytical review of Payroll outputs
- Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualification
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
