Sonic Summary

The role is for a Visual Designer based in London, offering a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
This is a 6-month initial contract position with a pay rate of £600 per day, classified as Inside IR35.
Candidates should have demonstrable experience in Visual Design and a collaborative mindset to support a multi-disciplinary team.
A strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines, as well as proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, is required.
Experience in managing design systems and documentation is essential, along with a conceptual understanding of software development principles.

Our Financial Services client is seeking a Visual Designer to help bring their digital experiences to life!

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively, effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope.

You'll help identify and solve real customer problems and ensure that we put human's needs at the heart of every problem we solve and make seemingly mundane things interesting and exciting!

We're looking for someone with:

Figma / Adobe Creative Suite / PowerPoint / Excel / Acrobat
Demonstrable experience within Visual Design
A collaborative mindset ready to support a busy multi-disciplinary team.
Thorough knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, including their respective design guidelines and best practices.
Strong conceptual understanding of software development principles, without the necessity for hands-on coding.
Proficient in Figma, with advanced experience in utilising Variables.
Experienced in managing and maintaining component libraries to ensure design system integrity.
Skilled in documentation and governance, contributing to the maintenance and evolution of design systems.

Location: London

Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home

Pay Rate: £600/day Inside IR35 (You will work via an Umbrella company)

Contract: 6 month initial contract
