Key Duties:

Service, repair, and maintain gas appliances including boilers, cookers, and fires.
Conduct routine checks to ensure all gas systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent technical issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Interact professionally with social housing staff and residents, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.
Recommend improvements or upgrades to the gas infrastructure where necessary.
Provide technical support and advice to the social housing management and staff.
