What You'll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist within an NHS hospital and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
-
create and implement personalised care plans
-
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
-
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
-
maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid GPhC registration
-
prior experience working on hospital wards (medical/surgical)
-
strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time locum position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
