What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as an ICU Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. In this role, you will:

• Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to adult ICU patients• Monitor, manage, and optimise drug therapies• Attend and contribute to daily multidisciplinary ward rounds• Support other departments such as surgery when needed• Collaborate closely with ICU staff and prescribers to improve outcomes• Maintain accurate, evidence-based clinical records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration• Hospital pharmacy experience is essential• ICU experience is required - this is a specialist role• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time locum post, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. The initial contract is for 3 months starting in June, with strong potential to extend depending on service needs and performance.
