What You'll Be Doing:

Join our GP surgery client's team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a primary care setting. In this role, you will:

  • perform comprehensive patient assessments

  • create and implement personalised care plans

  • deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

  • maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid GPhC registration

  • Independent Prescribing qualification (relatively new IPs welcome)

  • experience using the EMIS clinical system

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • the ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team

  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is an on-site position requiring presence at the practice in North London. Availability for 3 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) between 9am and 5pm is essential. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
