Are you an experienced Band 8a Pharmacist looking for a dynamic role in primary care? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated GP Lead Practice Pharmacist to join a leading PCN in South London on a locum basis starting in June!

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll take a lead clinical role across several practices within a well-established PCN. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Running structured medication reviews with a focus on high-risk drug monitoring and long-term conditions such as hypertension, COPD, asthma, and mental health

  • Independent prescribing to optimise patient outcomes and reduce GP workload

  • Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Supporting QOF delivery and PCN targets

  • Contributing to clinical audits, guideline implementation, and safer prescribing initiatives

? What We're Looking For:
  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescriber status

  • Previous experience in a GP surgery or PCN setting

  • Confidence in running patient-facing clinics autonomously

  • Ideally enrolled on (or completed) the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway

  • Strong clinical knowledge and documentation skills
