Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients with cancer, including medication therapy management, counseling, and monitoring.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of oncology medications, adhering to strict protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives related to oncology.
- Educate patients and their families about the appropriate use and management of oncology medications.
- Monitor for adverse drug reactions and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 6 monthsof experience as an oncology pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of oncology medications, therapeutic regimens, and clinical trials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
