What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our client's NHS team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS patients. In this role, you will:

  • carry out medicines reconciliation on hospital wards

  • support accurate and timely medication supply

  • liaise with multidisciplinary teams to support patient discharges

  • ensure patient records and medication documentation are up to date

  • contribute to medicines optimisation and safe practice across the ward

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • prior NHS ward-based experience in a similar MMT role

  • a current and valid pharmacy technician registration with the GPhC

  • strong organisational and communication skills

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • commitment to high-quality patient care and safety

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.The initial contract is for 4–8 weeks, with potential for extension based on service need.
