What You'll Be Doing:Step into a rewarding role where you'll play a crucial part in enhancing patient care through expert medicines management. You'll:

• carry out comprehensive medication reviews• support wards and clinicians with accurate dispensing• implement best-practice treatment plans• check prescriptions as an ACT• liaise with a specialist multi-disciplinary team

What You'll Need to Bring:• Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification• Hospital medicines management experience (qualification desirable but not essential)• Oncology experience (a strong bonus!)• Energy, initiative, and a proactive attitude• Passion for patient care and clinical accuracy

Contract & Flexibility:This is a full-time locum position, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to tailor your working hours. The contract runs until the end of May 2025, with a strong chance of extension based on service needs.
