A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Studio Manager to join a thriving and dynamic architecture practice. As the Studio Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the studio operates smoothly, providing support to a creative team and managing day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, perfect for someone with a strong organisational background and a passion for architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and studio organisation to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Directors and design teams.

Ensure studio supplies are stocked and the office environment is well-maintained.

Organise studio events, presentations, exhibitions, and other creative activities.

Provide support to the Directors and design teams in various administrative capacities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in a studio management or similar role within a creative practice.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment.
