Our client is a leading neurorehabilitation facility in South London, renowned for its consultant-led, patient-focused rehabilitation services. They cater to both adults and children, ensuring the highest standards of care and support in a state-of-the-art environment.
As a Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Oversee the Speech and Language Therapy team for patients with complex neurological conditions.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients aged 16 and over.
- Manage SLT team rotas and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and train junior staff, students, and other professionals.
- Contribute to research, in-service training, and clinical protocol development.
- Lead service development, recruitment, and staff appraisals.
- Annual salary of 45,000 - 55,000.
