About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at a forward-thinking school in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and families to support the development of essential life and learning skills, enabling every child to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the occupational therapy needs of students, including motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.

  • Develop and deliver tailored intervention programmes, both one-to-one and in small groups.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support inclusive classroom practices.

  • Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, including assessments and reports.

  • Provide guidance and training to school staff and parents/carers on strategies and tools.

  • Liaise with external professionals where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.

  • HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council).

  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
