Paediatric Occupational Therapist Job Type:

Permanent Work Days: Monday to Friday (option for Tuesday to Saturday available) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM–6:00 PM / Saturday, 09:00 AM–4:00 PM Annual Leave: 27 days (including bank holidays)

About Us: Our Occupational Therapy service is committed to delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to children in the heart of London. Sensory integration is at the core of our practice, and we specialize in helping children and young people aged 0 to 18 with physical, developmental, social communication, and other specific difficulties engage in meaningful occupations. Training and Development: We are dedicated to fostering professional growth and offer: • A six-week onboarding program to help new team members integrate smoothly into our practices. • Opportunities to enrol in a two-year sensory integration training program to enhance your expertise in this vital area. • Sensory integration training delivered directly by our Clinic Director.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of at least 20 regular clients independently, achieving therapy goals and targets set during assessments. • Provide home and school recommendations and implement interventions to support children across various environments. • Effectively communicate therapy plans and progress to parents and other professionals. • Deliver online therapy sessions for clients who cannot attend in person. • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and Administrative Staff. • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to the development of therapeutic services. Necessary Attributes: • Education & Registration: A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. 1 • Sensory Integration: A certificate in sensory integration or sensory integration experience. • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in occupational therapy, preferably within paediatrics. •
