Job Title: Sales and Administration Manager
Location: London (Office-Based)
Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 BOE
About the Role:
Our client, is seeking a Sales and Administration Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue across their portfolio of parking services and related products. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on outbound sales, performance management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a telesales and admin team to meet sales and revenue targets
- Drive outbound B2B and B2C sales campaigns with clear KPIs and conversion strategies
- Maximise revenue through strategic product sales, primarily season tickets and related offerings
- Ensure data quality and follow-up through CRM and digital platforms
- Monitor and report on team performance, setting and reviewing KPIs regularly
- Collaborate with field sales and commercial teams to optimise results at individual site level
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and handle escalations where necessary
- Provide coaching, training, and development to the team through regular 1:1s and feedback sessions
About You:
- Proven experience in sales team leadership, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and CRM systems
- Effective communicator and motivator, with a hands-on and commercial mindset
- Confident managing KPIs and performance-based objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital customer engagement tools
- Strong customer focus with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
