Static Maintenance Plumber
We're looking for an experienced Static Maintenance Plumber to join a trusted and growing FM provider based at a well-established hospital site in South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on maintenance work and the stability of a single, static site - no travelling between jobs, just reliable, consistent work in a professional environment.
The successful Static Maintenance Plumber will be:
- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance within a hospital environment.
- Maintain and repair taps, valves, radiators, strainers, and general plumbing systems.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for all plumbing maintenance.
- On-site 8 am-4:30 pm, with a 30-minute break.
- Static Maintenance Plumber will be on a basic salary of up to 35,000, depending on experience + Package.
To be successful as the Static Maintenance Plumber, you will need:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (Level 3 advantageous).
- Proven experience in a maintenance or building services plumbing role.
- Live within a commutable distance of South East London.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Static Maintenance Plumber will be on a basic salary of up to 35,000, depending on experience + Package.
