British Patagonia BP Nights (Islington)
Were launching a new evening concept at British Patagonia and are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. Our menu focuses on artisanal, hand-stretched pizzas including vegan options, Argentine-inspired specials and classic favourites.
Position Details
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 4 days on / 3 days off. Thursday to Sunday
Shift: 2 p.m. start midnight
Location: BP Nights @ British Patagonia Bakery, London N1
Responsibilities
Preparing dough, stretching pizzas and cooking in a high-temperature oven
Managing prep efficiently and keeping the station organised
Producing consistent, high-quality pizzas during busy service
Maintaining hygiene, safety and cleanliness to a high standard
Collaborating with the team for menu development and specials
Ensuring smooth service during high-volume evenings
Requirements
Previous experience as a pizza chef (wood-fired or electric ovens)
Strong dough-handling and stretching skills
Ability to work cleanly, quickly and with precision
Reliability and a positive attitude
Right to work in the UK
