Sonic Summary

Venn Group is seeking Plasterers to work with various Housing Associations.
Candidates must have at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent and a valid driving license.
The role involves completing repairs on both tenanted and void domestic properties, including plastering and damp proofing.
Minor tiling duties and the use of an i-Pad for job management are also required.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Title: Plasterer

Venn Group are successfully working with multiple Housing Associations and are looking for new Plasterers.

The duties will include:

Complete responsive & planned repairs on tenanted & void domestic properties
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including damp proofing
Tidy up and remove materials and debris
Minor tiling duties
Use an i-Pad to receive & record jobs

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Candidate must be time served, hold NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Candidate must have valid driving licence as company van is provided
