Plasterer – Social Housing

Location: North East London
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer to work within our social housing maintenance team across North East London. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering repairs and finishes in occupied and void properties, ensuring homes are left to a safe and professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Internal plastering including patch repairs, skimming, and making good
Plastering following plumbing, electrical, and structural works
Working in both occupied and void social housing properties
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to health & safety regulations and company procedures
Accurately completing job records using handheld devices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plasterer within domestic or social housing environments
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent (preferred but not essential with experience)
Ability to carry out high-quality patch and full-wall skimming
Full UK driving licence
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Willingness to undergo a DBS check
