Key Responsibilities:

Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations for new restaurant and office fit-outs

Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and carry out regular maintenance on commercial systems

Install and service water heaters, pumps, pipework, sanitary ware, kitchen plumbing and other domestic systems

Respond to urgent plumbing issues with a proactive and solution-focused approach
-
Liaise with site managers, project managers, and clients to ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard
-
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety requirements

Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant documentation clearly and promptly
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

Proven experience in domestic/commercial plumbing, particularly in restaurant and office fit-out environments

Strong knowledge of pipe fitting, system installs, and fault diagnosis

CSCS card (preferred)

Valid UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable:
-
Experience with unvented hot water systems
-
Gas Safe Registration (advantageous but not essential)

Awareness of London working regulations and building standards
