Gilmartins are looking to recruit experiencedPlumber Multi Traders with additional skills including basic electrics, changing/replacing locks, window repairs/boarding up.
The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires shift work between 6pm to 4am working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. This will include whenever these days fall on public holidays. The job is to cover Emergency Call-Outs (ECOs)
Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do.
We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel across North London. We are looking for people who live locally and are happy to travel.
Experienced Plumber Multi Traders:
The role is to:
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
- Full valid UK manual driving licence (Not EU or automatic licence)
- Own tools
- Experience of working in social housing preferred
- DBS certificate
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week including public holidays
