- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all plumbing tasks.
- Provide emergency plumbing support when needed to minimise disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report to the property management team.

Profile
A successful Maintenance Plumber should have:
- A recognised plumbing qualification or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, installation, and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and associated tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations within the property sector.
