Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a flagship site in South Kensington. This is a great role for a Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join one the largest, privately owned building service providers in London, who are well known for progressing their engineers in their career, offering internal progression and valuable experience. This role will have you undergo all relevant Commercial Plumbing duties and responsible for water treatment duties on site, on a large commercial property which is a flagship site for our clients. This role will follow on a day shift patten 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off. To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Plumbing and Heating ,(C&G / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3 years experience prior in similar roles, a client facing attitude and the ability to work in a team and individually.Duties:
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Plumbing duties - Taps, Valves, Toilets, Pipes and Leaks
- Water Treatment - Legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, Dead leg removal, Flushing, Cooling towers and tap temperatures
- MHVR/FCU systems
- Heat interface unit (HIU) maintenance
- Underfloor heating maintenance
- Boiler maintenance
- General maintenance duties
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 2 in plumbing and heating or equivalent qualifications
- Prior experience in building service maintenance in a commercial environment (3 years minimum)
- Very client facing
- Driven and self motivated
Salary + Benefits:
- £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Day shift - 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off.
