We are currently recruiting on behalf ofwell-established Facilities Maintenance Company who looking for a mobile commercial plumberto join their team and cover sites across London on a Monday to Friday basis carry out a wide variety of plumbing duties.
Duties Include;
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Plumbing and drainage,
- Installing all types of Industrial and commercial Plumbing
- Regular flushing across the building
- Understanding of permits to work
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
Knowledge skills & experience
- Time Served C&G Indentured Apprenticeship / NVQ level 3 Plumbing
- Commercial background
- Unvented certification
The role comes with a fully expensed company van, fuel card, mobile phone, company tablet, PPE and all required tools.
