Day to Day role:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties
- Reactive repairs for Kitchen & Bathroom installs/repairs
- Tiling

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a multi trader or maintenance operative or carpenter or joiner or plumber or plumber multi or unvented plumber or Part P plumber or plasterer or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties.
