An established building services provider is seeking a skilled PPM & Remedial Plumbing Operative to join their expanding water hygiene team. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to develop within a professional, compliance-focused environment.

You'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and remedial plumbing works on domestic and commercial water systems, ensuring compliance with water hygiene and Legionella control requirements. Responsibilities include updating site logbooks, inspecting systems, and completing remedial actions such as TMV servicing, tap replacements, and dead leg removals.

Package:

  • Salary: 30,000 - 34,000 DOE + overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PPM tasks and maintenance on hot and cold-water systems.
  • Maintain site compliance logbooks in line with water hygiene
  • Carry out remedial plumbing work as identified by risk assessments.
  • Advise clients on water hygiene compliance, monitoring, and best practice.
  • Support the wider team in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the water hygiene or water treatment industry.
  • C&G or NVQ Level 1/2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Full UK driving licence (over 21).
  • Legionella awareness training desirable.
