Our client are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their growing team who will play a vital role in ensuring the firm adheres to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Compliance and be tasked with reviewing and setting policies, developing the Compliance Monitoring plan, as well as providing guidance on compliance regulatory matters.

Description

  • Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close compliance gaps.
  • Stay updated with regulatory developments within the financial services industry.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to management.
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.

Profile

A successful Compliance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst within the financial services industry.
  • A keen eye for detail and a profound analytical mind.
  • A deep understanding of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML).
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
