- Assist in enhancing and implementing delegated underwriting governance frameworks.
- Support the monitoring of regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
- Review new Coverholder applications, conduct due diligence checks and support contract approvals.
- Manage coverholder audits including scheduling reviewing reports and tracking audit recommendations.
- Maintain systems such as Atlas, DCOM and DAM for delegated authority activities.
- Produce reports and management information to support internal meetings and decision-making.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance and compliance teams on delegated authority matters.
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Confidence in working independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience working within Delegated Authority, ideally within a Lloyd’s environment, is desirable.
