A prestigious Lloyd's Re/Insurer is seeking a Head of Reinsurance Pricing for a newly established division.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the Pricing, Underwriting, and strategy while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include driving strategic pricing initiatives and leading a high-performing team to maximize underwriting profit.
The role requires the development of innovative pricing models and ensuring compliance with Lloyd's and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in reinsurance pricing, with a competitive salary offered.

We have partnered with one of the most desirable Lloyd's Re/Insurers to find them a Head of Reinsurance Pricing. This is a newly created reinsurance division so the successful person will have an exciting opportunity to put their own touches on the Pricing/UW/strategy while working closely with an actuary Head of Reinsurance and CUO. This role is not limited to but includes:

Driving strategic pricing initiatives, while leading and managing a high-performing team to maximise UW profit.
Leading and developing the reinsurance pricing function, ensuring best-in-class pricing strategies.
Collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, and senior stakeholders to enhance portfolio profitability.
Developing and implementing innovative pricing models and analytical techniques.
Ensuring compliance with Lloyd's and regulatory pricing requirements.
