An independent Lloyd's Broker is recruiting for an IBA & Compliance Manager.Due to recent and anticipated growth, a new hands-on role has been created to assist, oversee and develop the Compliance, IBA Cash and Broking Income reporting functions.Key duties will be to review / understand / assist with current IBA processes, undertake gap analysis, action remedies and de-risk the function of over reliance on key personnel, develop broking income reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes to enhance the outputs provided, lead projects to interrogate the IBA system's SQL database and build reporting capabilities to meet emerging needs, manage / oversee / develop client and underwriter TOBA and KYC processes, ensure UK branch's compliance with laws & regulations, obtain overseas broking licence registrations (new and annual renewals), and undertake ad-hoc compliance related tasks as required.Applicants must have experience of working for an insurance broker in the areas detailed above, be pro-active and hands on with process review / development, have experience of data project management, and be comfortable managing staff.
