The company specialises in protecting clients and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory integrity in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Responsibilities:- Provide AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidance and advice during the client onboarding process- Review, verify, and approve client documentation in line with internal compliance policies and current regulatory standards- Support the implementation and monitoring of the firm's compliance and risk procedures- Escalate high-risk matters or unusual activity to the Senior Compliance Officer as appropriate- Assist with internal audits, record-keeping, and data analysis for compliance purposes- Stay up to date with relevant AML legislation and compliance frameworksSkills and Experience:- A genuine interest in compliance, AML, and financial regulation- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess documentation for accuracy and completeness- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing clear compliance guidance- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines in a regulated environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word- Prior experience in a financial or regulated environment is an advantage, but not essential- Eagerness to grow within a compliance function and build a professional career in the sector
