- Coordinate the full lettings administration process, from tenancy progression to renewals.
- Ensure all compliance and legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including Right to Rent checks, Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC certifications.
- Manage and update property files and CRM systems in line with GDPR and industry standards.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process.
- Support the lettings team with referencing, tenancy agreements, and deposit registrations.
- Monitor and manage compliance deadlines to ensure full regulatory adherence.
- Provide general administrative support to the office and lettings team.
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
- Previous experience in a lettings administration or compliance role within an estate agency is essential.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance requirements.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with property management software (e.g., Reapit, Dezrez, or similar).
- Professional, articulate, and client-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
