  • Coordinate the full lettings administration process, from tenancy progression to renewals.
  • Ensure all compliance and legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including Right to Rent checks, Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC certifications.
  • Manage and update property files and CRM systems in line with GDPR and industry standards.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process.
  • Support the lettings team with referencing, tenancy agreements, and deposit registrations.
  • Monitor and manage compliance deadlines to ensure full regulatory adherence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and lettings team.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a lettings administration or compliance role within an estate agency is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance requirements.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient with property management software (e.g., Reapit, Dezrez, or similar).
  • Professional, articulate, and client-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player.
