The RoleOur client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead and scale their partnerships channel, accelerating customer acquisition and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong knowledge of the UK market and SME landscape.Ideal candidates will be strategic dealmakers, experienced in partnerships, and motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful business impact through strategic alliances.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to accelerate SME customer acquisition
  • Build and manage relationships with referral partners, including accountants, SME advisory firms, commercial finance brokers, financial institutions, and others
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership deals that create value for both our client and their SME customers
  • Track and report on partnership-driven leads, conversion rates, and partner performance
  • Shorten deal cycles and accelerate revenue impact

Success Metrics

  • Growth in the number of SME applications on our client's platform
  • Increases in leads, conversions, and revenue generated through partnerships
  • Partnerships contributing to at least 40-50% of total sales

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships within an SME lending or fintech environment
  • A proven track record of structuring and closing complex, high-value deals
