Product Governance Analyst, Insurance

Oliver James are partnered with a long- standing and successful Insurance Broker, who are seeking a Product Governance Analyst to join the compliance team. For this role, you will be required to work flexibly, fully remote or hybrid in the UK. Occasional travel to sites across the UK would be required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on changes in industry regulations and consumer duty.
  • Assist with identifying Product Governance Controls.
  • Work with key stakeholders across teams to ensure compliance is met.
  • Implement product government policies.
  • Maintain strict consumer duty regulations in line with product governance.
  • Support with training on consumer duty internally.
  • Support the wider compliance team with ad- hoc admin duties.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within product governance and consumer duty is essential.
  • Insurance experience is essential.
  • Able to manage stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Ambitious and able to take initiative.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
