Are you a compliance professional with experience from within the Recruitment or Rail sectors?My client, a successful recruitment company are now looking for a Compliance Manager who will be responsible for all internal and external audits, plus be the driving force behind all process. You will have one report and be required to travel to central London once a week ( for a short period of time) It’s imperative that you have experience from either er the recruitment OR rail sectors- Sentinel experience highly desirable.

Reporting to the Head of Legal duties to involve.

  • Leading and designing of programmes that will improve compliance and governance
  • Production of the annual audit
  • Maintaining all ISO accreditations and other standards as notified
  • Regular report production for the senior leadership team on corrective actions raised
  • Training/educating recruitment consultants on compliance process
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to the Modern Slavery Act
  • Train and support with all Sentinel activity
  • Assist the business with change management process
  • Assist with tenders as and when required
  • Managing umbrella payroll governance
  • Experience needed
  • At least 5 years experience within wither the recruitment/construction or rail industries ((this is a MUST)
  • Risk assessment experience
  • Experience with H&S ideally qualified to NEBOSH
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong and confident- able to push back when needed Excellent benefits package plus the option of a little hybrid working after qualifying period
