We're seeking a highly competent Senior Policy Advisor to shape policy initiatives in the not-for-profit sector. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of policy development and stakeholder engagement.

Our client is a well-established, large organisation in the not-for-profit sector. They have a national footprint and are recognised for their leading role in supporting and advocating for their financial member organisations.

Description

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote and implement policy changes.
  • Research and analyse relevant industry trends and developments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing policy developments and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure policy alignment and effective communication.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events in London and nationally.
  • Manage relationships with external policy consultants and advisors.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organisation on policy matters when required.

Profile

A successful Senior Policy Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Previous experience in financial services or accounting would be highly desirable
