The Opportunity

Are you an experienced compliance or regulatory professional looking for a fully remote role with a leading organization? We're looking for a Specification Team Leader to manage a team of technical experts, delivering product information reviews and regulatory advice to clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring service delivery.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for regulatory and compliance queries.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors.
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Account Management teams.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across a variety of product categories.
  • Supporting the growth and development of your team.
  • Monitoring and improving ways of working for efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum two years' experience in a technical or regulatory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food/non-food regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Practical experience with specification or artwork packages.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
