We're partnering with a leading creative institution seeking a Strategy Manager to help shape and deliver an ambitious long-term strategy within the University. With a new executive team and a refreshed vision, this is a unique opportunity to join a new department focused on change and strategic planning, dedicated to delivering meaningful, purpose-led transformation.
This is a really exciting time to be a part of this collaborative Strategy & Planning team working across all departments - from academic faculties to central services - to refresh and reset the 10 year strategy, turning their bold ideas into a reality for 2032.
The Role
In this role you'll be responsible for;
- Leading on the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
- Managing planning cycles
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align and deliver key priorities
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Track progress and drive change across a dynamic, creative organisation
About You
We're looking for individuals with;
- Background in strategy, consultancy, and project management across a range of sectors, both academic and commercial
- Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complexity
- Strong stakeholder engagement, able to influence at all levels
- A collaborative mindset and passion for social purpose
