About the Role:

As the Technical Design Lead, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to define a compelling vision, establish design principles, and create measurable success criteria for relevant functions. You will play a pivotal role in organising and leading stakeholder engagement sessions, conducting capabilities assessments, and identifying critical gaps in the Target Operating Model (TOM). Your expertise will be key in developing delivery models and organisational structures that align with the overarching business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Design: Partner with business leaders to formulate a clear vision, establish design principles, and define success measures for relevant functions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: organise and lead collaborative sessions with business leaders and stakeholders to discuss operating model and organisational development activities.
  • Capabilities Assessment: Conduct thorough capabilities assessments to create future state capability models that drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify and analyse critical gaps in the Target Operating Model (TOM) concerning people, processes, technology, and data.
  • Model Development: Design and develop delivery models and organisational structures that support the strategic goals of the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in organisational development, change management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of organisational development principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that drive actionable insights.
