We're looking for a confident, creative, and highly connected Publicist to join a growing entertainment team at one of the UK's leading PR agencies. Working with top-tier talent across TV, film, digital, and live performance, you'll be at the heart of some of the most exciting and culturally relevant campaigns in the entertainment industry.

You'll play a key role in developing and delivering high-impact publicity campaigns, from major media launches to prestigious red-carpet events. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strategic and driven publicist with strong media instincts, excellent client management skills, and a deep understanding of how to generate meaningful press coverage.

Whether you're supporting the launch of a high-profile project, shaping the public profile of leading talent, or managing press at industry events, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, creativity, and relationship-building are key.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading publicity campaigns across high-profile entertainment projects and talent
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with press, talent, and stakeholders
  • Securing impactful media coverage across print, digital, broadcast and social
  • Writing compelling press materials including bios, quotes, and press releases
  • Coordinating press launches, media days, junkets, and red carpet events
  • Managing client diaries, media briefings, and talent expectations
  • Contributing to strategy and creative direction of campaigns
  • Identifying new business leads and supporting pitch opportunities
  • Supporting junior team members and collaborating across departments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in entertainment or talent-focused PR
  • An impressive contact book across key media titles and platforms
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns from planning to execution
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills
  • A cool head under pressure and strong instincts in crisis or reactive situations
  • A deep love for entertainment and the media landscape
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a drive to make things happen
