Job Description:
This is a Commercial Lead role reporting into the Board of Directors, where you will be accountable for commercial performance across multiple projects within your sector. You'll lead and mentor commercial teams, manage complex contract negotiations, and drive best practices in cost control, claims, and risk management across some of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects.

Working on Power systems across HS2, you will preferably come from a background of HV systems on the railway sector, but would be considered if you had experience working on other HV projects at a Senior Commercial Lead level.

Requirements:
路Strong experience on FIDIC or NEC3/NEC4 and contracts
路Experience such as HS2 Power Systems and HV works.
路Contract negotiation and dispute resolution experience
路Proven track record managing commercial performance across large, multi-disciplinary teams
路Ability to lead and influence at board level
路Commercial reporting, cash flow and forecasting expertise

Key Responsibilities:
路Lead commercial strategy and execution for your project sector
路Ensure financial performance meets margin, revenue and cashflow targets
路Actively manage upstream and downstream contracts
路Support the procurement process, ensuring best value and risk mitigation
路Oversee variation, claims and delay management.
路Drive monthly reporting and financial reviews
路Lead by example-mentor and develop your teams while holding them accountable
路Maintain and build strong client relationships across the sector
