What you'll be doing:

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Building a sales pipeline, nurturing leads and converting to sales.
  • Client Relationship Building: Engaging with dental/cosmetic professionals, educating them on the product, and helping them implement it.
  • Event & Trade Shows: Representing the brand at industry events (mostly in London)
  • Sales Strategy Development: Working closely with the founders and demand gen team to refine approaches.
  • Progression to Sales Manager: Within 12 months, you have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and begin to build a team under you.

About you:

  • Recent graduate (STEM or medical-related degrees beneficial but not essential)
  • Some customer-facing experience (e.g. hospitality, front desk, sales, or customer service) would be advantageous
  • Highly coachable and eager to progress.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and a true self-starter - willing to go above and beyond.
